Curbside composting in the Bronx:

As you may have heard, the Big Reuse outreach contract has ended and DSNY plans to rely on its staff to directly manage the rollout of curbside in the Bronx, going forward. It was supposed to begin in March, but has now been postponed to October 6, 2024. Big Reuse continues operations at its Gowanus warehouse, but the email addresses for the curbside team are no longer active.  Any inquiries should go directly to DSNY customer service or through 311.
