Hillside Avenue Traffic Circle

This traffic circle near the high school was adopted by a neighbor in 2021, who then moved out of town. In 2023, two high school students, who are incidentally the founding members of the Hastings Mayor's Climate Youth Council, adopted this Spot. These photos illustrate how they are prepping the soil for a pollinator garden.
